London based energy company looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for their growing finance team. As FBP, you will be vital in driving continuous improvement to support current and future plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting process improvements and implementing necessary changes to achieve efficiencies
- Producing quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing monthly management accounts including variance analysis
- Supporting global finance teams to improve monthly reporting and analysis
- Preparing ad hoc financial analysis to aid financial decisions
- Managing aged debt
- Supporting annual budget process
- Ad hoc task as required
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant ideally with some experience working in the energy sector
- Strong all round accounting experience including IFRS
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercially aware with proven stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multi tasks and influence various stakeholders
- Advanced IT skills
