Position: Interim HR Manager
Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Near Reading, UK (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Salary: c.£65-75,000 per annum plus benefits

Reed HR are partnering with a dynamic technology and engineering business based near Reading, committed to innovation and excellence, to recruit an experienced HR Manager with experience of working with European business units. This role will also collaborate closely with US counterparts, so some flexibility is required to work outside of standard UK hours.
Role Overview:
Our client are seeking an experienced HR Manager with international experience to join their team on a six-month fixed term contract. This role will involve partnering with international entities to manage employee relations and lead specific HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues across international entities (within Europe)
- Annual Pay Cycle Review: Lead the annual pay cycle review, ensuring fair and competitive compensation.
- Policy Review and Update: Review and update key HR policies
- Benefits Rollout: Implement and manage the rollout of employee benefits across the UK and Europe.
- Legislation Compliance: Investigate and ensure compliance with changes in European pension legislation.
Requirements:
- It is essential that you have worked in an international HR position previously, working with either Dutch or German entities.
- Experience of working with European Works Councils or Trade Unions is essential.
- Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with international stakeholders
