Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Barnet, North London

Schedule: Monday to Friday. 9am - 5pm. However, some flexibility around this may be required from time to time.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the health and social care sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organise office operations and procedures.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff.
Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
Liaise with customers and suppliers as needed.
Bookkeeping the company records, expenses and creating invoices for monthly submission.
Maintain and update filing systems and databases.
Credit control.
Qualifications:

Strong background in HR administration with proven experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and social care industry is a plus.
Bookkeeping experience either VT, Sage or a similar programme.
Be confident and able to deal with people at all levels.
Be friendly, personable and outgoing.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: £27,000 pa - £30,000 pa, depending on experience.

Expected hours: 40 hours a week (inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch per day)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. However, some flexibility around this may be required from time to time.
Education:

A qualification in administration, business, accountancy and/or health and social care will be an advantage.
Experience:

Administrative experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Language:

English (required)
Ability to speak additional languages would be an advantage.
Work Location: In person at our Barnet office.
