Office Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a company in Bletchley.

The working hours are 08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs & 07:30-15:00 on Fridays with half an hour for lunch.

This role is fully office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Raising and chasing purchase orders
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Despatching Goods
  • Chasing Purchase Orders/deliveries
  • Matching delivery notes to purchase invoices
  • Despatching and organising collection/delivery of goods
  • Requesting prices and booking of despatches
  • Filing
  • Answering Telephone Calls
  • Ad-Hoc Duties
