As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising their customer relationship management (CRM) system to drive lead generation, re-engage lapsed clients, and build a comprehensive mailing list for their marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on creating and managing automated workflows, improving client acquisition, and nurturing relationships through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver targeted campaigns and ensure high client retention.

Responsibilities.

  • Lead Generation through creative Email Marketing Campaigns.
  • Design implement and manage automated workflows.
  • Create and execute strategies to re-engage dead leads.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive mailing list for various customer segments.
  • Monitor CRM performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements.

  • Experience working within a premium luxury brand.
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager, preferably within a fast based retail environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in creating automated email and SMS marketing flows.
