Our client is a dynamic and busy B2B services business. You will be based in friendly office environment alongside a small on-site team. We are looking for someone with strong data skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
This role is ideal for a strong administrator. You will be responsible for acting as the liaison between finance/credit control and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoices
- Dealing with internal and external client queries
- Inputting and maintaining information within the CRM system
- Chasing of aged debt and purchase orders
- Supporting the wider office team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Some prior experience or understanding of basic finance would be advantageous
- Comfortable using systems and databases (training will be given)
- Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
- Open-minded, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
