Data Administrator

Our client is a dynamic and busy B2B services business. You will be based in friendly office environment alongside a small on-site team. We are looking for someone with strong data skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

This role is ideal for a strong administrator. You will be responsible for acting as the liaison between finance/credit control and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoices
  • Dealing with internal and external client queries
  • Inputting and maintaining information within the CRM system
  • Chasing of aged debt and purchase orders
  • Supporting the wider office team as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Some prior experience or understanding of basic finance would be advantageous
  • Comfortable using systems and databases (training will be given)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and flexible approach to work

To be considered you must be able to drive and have access to a car on a daily basis!
