Powertrain Development Engineer Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test engine and powertrain systems
  • Optimize performance, durability, and efficiency through analysis and evaluation
  • Research and implement new technologies and materials
  • Propose and implement improvements to the development process
  • Collaborate and coordinate with race teams and other departments.
  • Create technical documents and reports

Powertrain Development Engineer Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in powertrain development or engine design
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and simulation tools
  • Knowledge of engine performance analysis and testing
  • Understanding of trends and technologies in the automotive industry
  • Strong teamwork and project management skills
  • English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
