In this role you will get the opportunity to run with the AP function, taking pride in the ledger.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day support for the Purchase Ledger function
- Training and upskilling in the role to cope with increasing demands and a growing business
- Processing invoices to the ledger accurately, both manually and using invoice recognition software
- Work with the Purchase Ledger manager to resolve any queries
- Intercompany reconciliations and adjustments
- Month end supplier reconciliation and payment proposals
- Credit cards and expenses
- Ad hoc reporting and support as required.
- Wider exposure available for an individual who is keen to do so.
Key Requirements
- Computer literate, experience on Sage200 would be beneficial.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role or within an accounting dept
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Desire to develop and grow via on the job training (plus external training as required)
