PA/ Office Manager

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a proactive and highly organised PA/ Office Manager to support their Director and senior management team and oversee the office management of the office in Slough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support as well as being responsible for the overall office management and ad-hoc support to the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a progressive company which puts employees' experience at the heart of everything they do.

Competitive salary of £35k - £43k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefit package to include 10% discretionary bonus; attractive pension scheme, BUPA; family friendly policies; wellbeing fund of £500.

Office-based in Slough for a minimum of four days per week (five days if required), plus flexibility to travel into London in line with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating complex diary and travel management.
  • Internal and external communication management.
  • Meeting coordination, including preparing presentations/ documents and minute-taking.
  • Financial administration, including handling invoices, POs, expenses.
  • Overseeing office management; maintaining office supplies, compliance and H&S etc.
  • Supervising junior members.
  • Ad-hoc duties to support the Board and Executive meetings.

Key skills:

  • Experience of supporting two or more senior Directors.
  • Highly organised, proactive and ability to prioritise.
  • Discretion and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Concur is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Agile with the ability to adapt.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
