Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by understanding customer needs and resolving queries efficiently and compassionately. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a wide range of customer queries across various topics.
- Provide support through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Accurately log and track customer queries while actively listening and researching solutions.
- Navigate and operate multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Maintain professionalism and patience when dealing with frustrated or confused customers.
- De-escalate emotionally charged situations with empathy and clarity.

- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence and patience when supporting customers with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or language barriers.
