Import Merchandiser (Polish Speaking)

Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing and distribution company based in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Import Merchandiser to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various offices and factories to manage tight production schedules.
- Liaise with customers and fabric suppliers for lab dips, strike-off approvals, and bulk deliveries.
- Oversee the critical path to ensure production runs on time.
- Manage and track in-house purchase orders.
- Maintain a tracker for weekly sample and component dispatches to each factory.
- Ensure weekly production plans are received from factories and updated for the customer.
- Arrange freight import quotes and monitor shipment progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- IT proficiency, particularly in Excel.
