  • Possess Strong Subject Knowledge: A secure understanding of various subjects and the ability to convey this knowledge effectively to students.
  • Hold Relevant Certifications: Must have a valid QTS certificate or equivalent (such as Irish, Australian, or New Zealand teacher training qualifications).
