Marketing Director - Yorkshire (Hybrid 3 office days per week) - Up to £100,000

A well-established retail brand seeks a highly motivated Marketing Director with a diverse skillset spanning all marketing channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded leader with a passion for disrupting the status quo and driving personal impact within the brand.

About You

  • A proven record of accomplishment in creating and delivering marketing strategies for retail brands.
  • You're a seasoned and imaginative marketer with a deep understanding of brand positioning and messaging.
  • A data-driven approach to marketing is key for you, with the ability to track and measure campaign effectiveness across all channels (awareness, engagement, conversion rate).
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, along with strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with the Commercial Director to create and oversee innovative marketing plans for each channel.
  • Ensure exceptional execution and brand visibility across both retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Develop and execute the long-term marketing plan for the brand, with a focus on growth and disruption within the category.
  • Lead impactful brand campaigns across all channels (digital and physical) to boost awareness, sales, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Lead on channel-specific marketing plans, ensuring exceptional execution and brand presence across the board. This includes leveraging data and insights to ensure quality investment into the right communications, from social media to targeted retail media campaigns.
  • Allocate the marketing budget and implement rigorous spending control and tracking measures.
  • Oversee implemented brand marketing campaigns, evaluating both execution, impact, and return on investment.
  • Manage relationships with the company's corporate partners and stakeholders, including understanding how to leverage brand assets and utilize retailer loyalty data for targeted marketing initiatives.
