Responsibilities:
- Accurately assessing and estimating vehicle damage
- Preparing detailed job cards and costing sheets
- Liaising with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and industry regulations
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a VDA Estimator
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using industry-specific estimating software
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic salary of up to £38k
- bonus
- 20 days holiday + BH, increase each year
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday morning rota
