Role overview:
Managing multiple projects at any one time, confidently speaking to clients and be a Boolean searching expert to find hidden gems.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Discuss new vacancies with clients, proposing and agreeing a delivery plans
- Systematically working retainers and exclusive roles from cradle to grave
- Source for hard-to-find candidates using creative techniques to attract the best talent
- Market job vacancies utilising various platforms
- Consultatively interview candidates with their and the clients best intentions at heart
- Diligently pull together recruitment projects and present to clients, consultatively showcasing how they can add value to their business
- Arranging and preparing candidates to interview
- Sell our services to new and existing clients as well as building lasting relationships with candidates (one day they maybe a decision maker)
To be consider for this opportunity you will have:
- Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Confidence sourcing candidates at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness
- Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching skills
- A driving license and use of your own vehicle due to the remote location of our clients
- Personality - consultative, creative, forward thinking, diligent and most importantly integrity
