In this role, the Trade Marketing Manager will craft and launch creative marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, boost sales, and enhance brand presence with wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Action: Develop and execute innovative retail marketing strategies that attract customers and increase sales at wholesale accounts and own stores.
  • Team Up for Success: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and wholesale partners to create eye-catching in-store displays and memorable retail campaigns.
  • Know the Audience: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and analyze the competition.
  • Launch with Impact: Plan and implement seasonal and new product launches with clear communication and exciting promotions.
  • Create Awesome Content: Manage the production of marketing materials, including signage, displays, digital content, and promotional assets.
  • Go Digital: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to drive both online and in-store traffic.
  • Optimize & Innovate: Analyze sales data and customer insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Trade Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail software and analytics tools.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
