LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Staines, TW18
Salary: OTE: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is looking for a superb candidate – one who is highly motivated, energetic and who loves putting deals together! They need a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their established Estate Agency based in the Staines area.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, be well-presented, articulate, well-spoken and have a genuine interest in progressing their career as an Estate agent. A candidate with good local knowledge and a real love of Estate Agency and of giving excellent customer service would be ideal!

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience as a Letting Negotiator
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Staines area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
