The role will see you support the accounts payable function in a fast-paced dynamic role, processing high volumes of invoicing and preparing high value payment runs. If you have international payments experience, this will make you a standout candidate.

Based in an easily commutable location, the organisation offers a flexible hybrid working policy and the opportunity to work with a diverse team of individuals.

Key Duties

  • Processing high volumes of invoicing
  • Matching invoicing with purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing high value payment runs
  • Maintaining general ledger
  • Managing and resolving queries via telephone and email
  • Supporting Finance Manager with ad hoc duties

Candidate Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive approach
  • Experience working within a busy environment
  • Understanding of Sage would be advantageous
