Full UK licence and car required
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Our client is looking for Property Manager to join their high-end office based in Cuffley. A fantastic award-winning company who are dedicated to giving an exceptional service to their clients, you will be working within a busy team managing a portfolio of around 110 properties.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords
- Adhering to compliance by efficient administration
- Processing insurance claims
- Approving and processing invoices
- Arranging gas and electrical safety checks
- Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts
- Negotiating deposit returns
The Individual:
- Arla Qualification is advantageous.
- Driver with own vehicle
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Firm knowledge of all property management law
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be a highly organised and have exceptional diary management skills.
- Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
