This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £30,000 - £35,000 DOE.

The day to day

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace.
  • Accurately maintaining office records and documentation, both physical and electronic.
  • Processing invoicing and handling bookkeeping.
  • Booking travel and appointments for team members.
  • Providing HR support to the business.
  • Additional ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

You will have/be

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to multitask and prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices is advantageous.
