Purchase Ledger| £24,500 - £25,500 | Permanent | West Yorkshire | Social Housing;
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation based in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to their busy team. The role is offered on a Permanent basis and can start immediately.
Duties:
- Processing high volume of invoices daily
- Tracking financial transactions to suppliers and obtaining goods and services from suppliers promptly
- Communicating with the wider Purchase Ledger team and comparing system reports
- Correcting/verifying invoices, Filing and maintaining supplier records
Experience:
- Experience in previous Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger roles, ideally 2 years or more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and process high volume of invoices
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Currently studying towards a AAT qualification with social housing experience (desirable)
- Able to commute to the office 2 days a week
