I am delighted to be actively recruiting for an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice who exciting growth plans mean they are seeking talented a talented Architect to join their well-established practice in Birmingham. They have an excellent reputation being well known for their forward-thinking sustainable designs across multiple sectors including residential, mixed use, education and heritage. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Architect to join a successful Practice and become an integral member of their team.

The successful Architect will have a couple of years of post-Part Three experience, be proficient in the use of industry standard software including Revit, have a diverse portfolio of experience and be a proven Job Runner.
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- RIBA Part One, Two & Three qualifications
- ARB registered
- Post Part 3 qualification experience in a design led UK Architectural practice
- Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations
- Diverse portfolio of experience
- Strong conceptual design skills
- Job running experience
- Lead and manage junior team members
- Attentiveness to detail and strong technical background
- Working across the RIBA stages
- Well versed in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and the Adobe Suite
- Work well within a team and able to work independently
- Live locally to Birmingham
