Office Manager

A rapidly growing and friendly SME is looking for a dynamic Office Manager to take on an important role! You will be reporting into the MD, typing up letters and managing correspondence.

As Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out credit control duties to keep cash flow running smoothly
  • Managing the fleet of 27 vehicles, ensuring they are taxed and looking for better deals
  • Taking responsibility for Health & Safety checks and ensuring policies are in place
  • Ordering stationery for the office
  • PPE and Rams documents
  • Paying all expenses
  • Overseeing the cleaners and other suppliers
  • Overseeing IT issues and liaising with the outsourced company to rectify any problems promptly

What we're looking for in an Office Manager:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Sage50
  • Someone who will not have a problem chasing members of staff for documents
  • An individual who is good at housekeeping and who wants the office kept in an orderly manner and who treats it like home
  • A highly organised individual who is good at spinning plates
  • It is imperative the person is confident when chasing outstanding debts over the phone and who is persistent

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and free onsite parking.
