Description
Sales Administrator - Reading
- Processing of sales orders in a timely manner
- Be the first line of contact via telephone or emails
- Liaise with customers, company sales representatives, production and warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Ensure all customer queries are handed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
- Email invoices and input invoices into customer portals
- Ensure all sales orders are captured and loaded correctly
Profile
- Detail orientated.
- Dealing with pricing and billing queries
- Ensuring correct entry on sales orders
- Matching against bespoke client price lists
- Supporting the sales team
- Excellent phone manner and able to write accurate and articulate emails
- Proficient PC skills - particularly in excel.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Creative forward thinking individual with a bias toward the customer.
- Proactive with the ability to identify issues and see through to resolution.
- Confidence to challenge information and then prioritise.
- Good levels of numeracy.
