Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Fleet Administrator to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to process new vehicle procedure, keeping fleet spreadsheet up to date, collating driver check lists per month, scheduling vehicle swaps, scheduling MOT & Services, checking of dash cam video footage, as well as other generic administrational duties.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

This is a full-time, permanent The hours of work will be Monday -Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch.

Reporting to the Head of Quality and Administration your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with suppliers, obtaining quotations and negotiating best prices, following through orders with suppliers from PO to delivery ensuring teams are all updated with progress, resolving issues with orders and arranging return
  • Ordering and asset registering of new tools. organising calibrations of existing tools, obtaining ladder and harness inspection forms, signing in and out tools and equipment to engineering staff
  • Processing new vehicle procedures, collating information from drivers when an accident occurs. Signing in and out vehicles.
  • raising quotations, processing contract mobilisations, renewals and terminations, raising RAMS, processing of Invoices

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have a full valid driving license
  • Strong admin skills
  • Experience with excel
  • Organisational skills
