Job Description:
Sirona Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex medical needs. As a Complex Care HCA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to patients with complex medical needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Implement care plans and ensure they are followed accurately.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Document care activities and maintain accurate patient records.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Experience in Complex Care: Demonstrated experience in providing care to patients with complex medical conditions.

Qualifications:
