Interest Rate Derivatives Team Lead - 12M FTC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Interest Rate Derivatives (IRD) Team Lead. What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the IRD team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Oversee Trade Validations, Reconciliations & Confirmations.
- Liaise with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
What you bring:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Interest Rate Derivatives (predominantly IRS & Xccy Swaps).
- Management / supervisory experience is beneficial.
- Experience with Alteryx is advantageous.
