Insight Performance Manager - London - £50,000 FTC 6 Months

I'm currently working with a well renowned organisation that is a leader within their field who are genuinely looking to make a difference within their industry. They have recently expanded and have an environment where hard work is rewarded i.e progression based on meritocracy.

This role is for a Insights and Performance Manager where you'll be using the latest tech within BI, which means that you'll be working alongside the data team and using tools such as (Power BI, Google Analytics, Looker).

Essential skills:

  • Comprehensive experience working within Brand, Communications, or Marketing departments.
  • Skilled in conducting mixed-method analyses (qualitative and quantitative) to shape communication and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data using various methods, including analysis, visual representations, narrative creation, and impact reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Google Suite (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) for data analysis and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Dot Digital marketing platform and Google Search Console for monitoring search traffic performance.
  • Experience in developing planning and performance frameworks that span across different organizational areas.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and resilience, with a collaborative approach to improving work processes.
  • Proven ability to lead insight-driven projects and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
