Accounts Administrator

- Job Type: Full-time hours 8:30am - 5pm
My client is seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Assistant with some accounts experience to join their team. They offer extensive training and support to help you with your career.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Processing supplier invoices and overheads efficiently.
- Raising and matching purchase orders against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Managing supplier statements and maintaining good supplier relationships.
- Assisting with the preparation and generation of payment runs.
- Carrying out general accounts administration tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Some purchase ledger experience is ideal.
- Knowledge and experience within a similar role are advantageous.
- Ability to take ownership of the role while being receptive to direction.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop within the role.
- Full training and induction to the company will be provided upon starting.
