SEN Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B11 | £90 - £105 per day | September 2024
Our welcoming partner Primary School in Tyseley, are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive school. The successful candidate will have the invaluable opportunity to positively influence the development and success of students needing additional support in the classroom. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Providing support to students with SEN, in small groups or 1:1 as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement strategies that promote inclusivity and meet the diverse needs of students with a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Encouraging active involvement and engagement in the learning process.
- Improving overall wellbeing with targeted interventions that aid learning and development.
What we are looking for:
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification/degree, or at least a year's experience working in a Primary School.
- Experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A dedication to assisting children in overcoming obstacles and achieving their full potential.
