A health-related professional membership body is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to contribute to their records management project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and record any changes to the database of boxes at the organisation's offsite storage facility, ensuring accurate tracking of the locations of boxes.
- Review the contents of unlogged boxes, labelling as needed.
- Recall any items required and update the database accordingly.
- Obtain authorisation for the disposal of any records that are no longer required, in compliance with the organisation's policy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable administration experience.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and attentive-to-detail.
Salary and Benefits for the Education Administrator position:
- c£13-14 per hour.
- Part-time, 28hrs/week.
- Temporary position, due to last for approximately 2 months.
