Looking to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join a leading property services company based around South London
Responsibilities:
- Working within the Damp and Mould workstream delivering repairs to occupied and void properties
- Inspect and assess properties for damp and mould issues, identifying the root cause.
- Carry out effective treatment and remediation work, including cleaning, sealing, and repairing affected areas.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence is a must
- Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge
- Previous experience working with Damp and Mould ideally in a social housing environment
- Trade qualification ideally in a wet trade
