Right Now Group are working a medium-sized Freight Forwarder at LHR, assisting them with their search for an experienced Air Export Operator.
The candidate will be expected to complete Air Export consignments from Start to Finish, and have 5+ years operating in a fast-paced Export environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build relationships to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, airlines & overseas agents/partners
- Ensure all relevant documentation has been correctly processed and completed (Customs Entries)
- Create and maintain customer standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- 5 years experience within Airfreight (Exports)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Quality clear and concise communication skills
- Excellent written communication
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000
Location: Feltham/LHR
Shift - Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
