Key responsibilities-
- Working in a small busy team focusing on proactive credit control
- Assisting with daily cash posting and allocation of client receipts
- Monitoring the company's Credit Control inbox
- Performing general administration tasks including sending out copy invoices/statements
- Reconciliation of accounts and proactively chasing overdue debt
- Maintaining accurate diary of client accounts and chasing records
- Identifying bad debts and over payments and escalating them appropriately
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
- Attending regular weekly debtors meetings to update on collection risks and aged debt items
- Liaising with external auditors to deliver annual audit requirements

- Previous experience in Credit Control is essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administration skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
