Description
The key responsibilities of an Interim PA candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Organise and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and distribute information within the office.
- Assist in planning and organising company events.
- Minute taking.
- Maintain databases and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence.
- Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding matters.
Profile
A successful Interim PA should have:
- Proven experience as a PA or relevant role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- A motivated attitude with a high level of initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to commute to Manchester.
