Our client offer a range of property loans designed for commercial borrowers, such as professional landlords/property investors and property developers. Such clients have access to up to £50m+ in funding for short term property loans such as bridging finance and development exits, as well as access to commercial term & BTL products to support landlord portfolio growth.
Due to their innovative range of loans and a solution based approach to lending they are growing at an incredible rate. They are targeting a £5bn loan book in due course, which will be driven by c£2bn in new lending in the current financial year.
Due to this growth they are keen to grow their Product Management team with the addition of a diligent, hardworking & highly organised Product Associate / Manager.

Product Associate / Manager
Role Purpose:
You will assist in the development, design and enhancement of mortgage and bridging products to ensure they are competitive, profitable and aligned with customer needs and market trends, in support of the Senior Product Manager and Chief Mortgage Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development, design, and enhancement of mortgage and bridging products, ensuring they are competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Support product-related projects, including product launches, system updates, and enhancements.
- Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other channels such as brokers.
- Keeping competitor and market analysis up to date, highlighting trends or opportunities.
- Track the performance of existing mortgage products, monitoring key metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
- Updating MI reports using Excel or Microsoft Power BI.
- Training and/or product support to the sales and underwriting teams.
The ideal individual for this role will demonstrate current or previous experience in product analysis within the financial services industry. Experience of Power BI would be advantageous. Most importantly, the ideal person will have excellent attention to detail.

Our client are ideally looking to pay up to c£50-60k (plus annual bonus) for the incoming individual, though higher offers may be considered for exceptional experience or talent. All offers will be relevant to experience.
This role would be based in our clients fantastic Mayfair offices Monday - Friday. This is critical to due to the growth plans & collaboration within the team and across departments.
