Role Overview

The

Deputy Home Manager

will be responsible for assisting in the management of the care home's clinical functions. This includes leading a skilled team of healthcare professionals, providing support and mentorship to staff, and implementing care plans tailored to each resident's needs. The role requires overseeing advanced level-care and supporting the team in delivering best practices in nursing and personal care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Assist the Home Manager in managing clinical operations and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring staff are motivated and deliver quality care.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have an NMC registration.
