Are you a Product Design Engineer, with experience designing machinery, looking to be instrumental in the creation and production of bespoke products, within a market leading company?
On offer is the opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience designing machinery, to join an expert manufacturer within the print industry. The company are a forward-thinking organisation, with a multimillion turnover and fantastic global presence.
You will be responsible for new product development, working to extend the specialist equipment this company provides to clients within the Manufacturing, Aerospace and Composite industries to name a few.
You will be responsible for taking design projects from conception to implementation, supporting the company's existing products and creation of drawings throughout.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience designing machinery, looking to join an innovative company which will support your development into a senior role.
The role:
- Developing new products and managing design process from concept to completion
- Supporting existing product range within the business and at customer site
- Completing technical documentation
- Working with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
The person:
- Mechanical Design Engineer or similar
- Experience designing machined components / moving parts
- Interest in NPD
