The role:
Job Description
- Lead the strategic financial planning and forecasting for a business unit.
- Manage budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Implement robust financial compliance and regulations for the business unit.
- Collaborate with executive team on cost management and efficiency optimisation.
- Business partnering and stake holder management with fellow Business Unit Directors and the wider board.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board.
- Manage direct reports and wider finance operation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant would have:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- ACA, ACCA, OR CIMA
