Employee Relations Advisor, ER Advisor, Retail Head Office, London, Hybrid, Fixed Term Contract

This is a newly created role to support this luxury retailer through the peak trade season.

As an ER Advisor, your primary focus will be on promoting positive working relationships across the brand and stores, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of HR policies and practices.

Where required the role may need to attend meetings to support managers/hold facilitated meetings/mediations/notetake within stores across the UK or other office locations.

You will provide sound and commercial Employee Relations advice to the retail population that is compliant with UK employment law and ACAS guidelines

  • Advise on a wide range of Employee Relations matters in relation to Disciplinaries, Grievances, Bullying and Harassment, Performance Management, Absence Management, Employment Law, Discrimination; Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing; Contracts of Employment and Terms and Conditions of Employment
  • Identify appropriate solutions to complex ER matters

CIPD qualified would be an advantage, however we will consider applications that have the relevant experience
