Our client, an ambitious and progressive company, is looking to recruit an experienced Complaints Officer to join their Customer Services team.
This is a one year fixed-term contract to start immediately.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complete complaints process, ensuring 100% satisfaction and effective resolution of any issue.
- Investigating each case thoroughly, by gathering all the necessary information and liaising with the relevant departments.
- Communicating with a professional and consistent manner, providing updates and realistic resolution timeframes.
- Responding promptly, outlining the findings and proposed actions to rectify the complaint.
- Following through on agreed actions and ensuring implementation as required.
- Meeting all regulatory requirements.
