They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee a newly established desk focused on compliance and legislation, particularly in managing houses of multiple occupation and additional licenses. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for client management, compliance oversight, and report generation. You will also coordinate administrative tasks, manage contractor relationships, and ensure the smooth processing of work orders and invoices. - Salary; £33,000 OTE
- 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.

- Industry experience is essential (3 years minimum)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with a strong emphasis on legal compliance and team leadership. You will be responsible for guiding your team in managing client relations, resolving disputes, and providing expert advice. We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, highly organized, and capable of driving team performance. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar leadership role is required and holding an ARLA qualification would be a strong advantage.
