We are recruiting for a leading estate agent and property management company. The office environment is friendly and fast-paced.
Your Role:
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to help ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support teams with data entry, reporting, and documentation
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth workflow
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
