The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on qualified finance professional with a background in either the independent or state-funded school sector, or experience in the charity sector as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance. You will bring a proven track record of improving financial processes, supporting strategic objectives, and leading a team to success.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance in a school (independent or state-funded) or charity setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, controls, and treasury operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ambition to grow into a Finance Director role, with a strategic mindset.
