About the Role
The role will entail:
- Design and develop reporting tools in collaboration with other teams
- Advise on data requirements, review and analysis
- Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
- Create efficiencies within the reporting function
- Act as subject matter expert on people data and educate stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior experience with people data reporting in a professional services environment and excellent communication skills. Previous experience using PeopleSoft and PowerBI will be a strong asset and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive process improvements.
