Job Title: Employee Benefits support

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £25k

Hours: Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm

Hybrid working available after training induction.

The role:

This will be a very busy role for someone who is highly organised, thrives on attention to detail and enjoys problem solving.

As the Employee Benefit Support your key responsibilities would be:

  • Build and Deepen Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Communicate with Clients: Engage with clients via email and phone to address inquiries, provide updates, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Attend Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings to discuss insurance policies, address concerns, and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Invoicing: Generate and raise invoices for clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Inbox Management: Manage email correspondence efficiently, responding promptly to client inquiries and forwarding messages to relevant team members as needed.
  • Policy Amendments: Process and place amendments on policies as requested by clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Data Management: Maintain client records and databases with accuracy, ensuring all information is up to date and relevant.

We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:

  • Excellent administration skills, at least 2 years Administrative.
  • Good knowledge of IT, ideally Excel
  • Background within Insurance/Employee Relations will be advantageous
  • Full driving licence required.
