An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join one of our highly successful financial services businesses based in Wiltshire. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be involved in supporting the customer from enquiry through to application and post-completion as well as providing valuable support the team of advisers. If you thrive in a varied and busy administrative role, which is customer focused, this could be the position you've been waiting for.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Supporting Mortgage Advisers with a wide range of general administrative duties
  • Inputting mortgage application data accurately and submitting the application
  • Carrying out product and provider research
  • Maintaining robust and accurate records on the internal CRM
  • Providing updates to the clients on the progress of their mortgage application
  • Tracking the mortgage applications and liaising closely with lenders
  • Contacting customers to provide updates and request documentation
  • Complying with FCA regulations, checking cases meet all internal and external regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, e.g. Data Protection, Financial Crime

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable recent administration experience
  • Experience of keying mortgage applications would be preferred but is not essential
  • The ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
  • Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service.
  • A team player with confidence to use your own initiative.
