An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join one of our highly successful financial services businesses based in Wiltshire. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be involved in supporting the customer from enquiry through to application and post-completion as well as providing valuable support the team of advisers. If you thrive in a varied and busy administrative role, which is customer focused, this could be the position you've been waiting for.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
- Supporting Mortgage Advisers with a wide range of general administrative duties
- Inputting mortgage application data accurately and submitting the application
- Carrying out product and provider research
- Maintaining robust and accurate records on the internal CRM
- Providing updates to the clients on the progress of their mortgage application
- Tracking the mortgage applications and liaising closely with lenders
- Contacting customers to provide updates and request documentation
- Complying with FCA regulations, checking cases meet all internal and external regulations
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, e.g. Data Protection, Financial Crime
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable recent administration experience
- Experience of keying mortgage applications would be preferred but is not essential
- The ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
- Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service.
- A team player with confidence to use your own initiative.
