_Key Responsibilities: _
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 3 team leaders and up to 15 underwriters.
- Underwriting Oversight: Oversee the underwriting process to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide ongoing training and support.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.

- Proven experience in an underwriting manager role, preferably in mortgages or bridging finance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mortgage products and regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex financial information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
