Position Overview:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' financial health and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analysing financial data, and providing insights that drive business performance. This role demands a high level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with clients.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans and financial models.
  • Support clients with cost management and efficiency improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or QBE is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within an accountancy firm.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
