Receptionist Administrator

Our client are a dynamic, well-established firm of solicitors based in NW London and they are recruiting for a friendly, proactive, and organised Receptionist / Office Assistant to support the smooth running of our front-of-house operations and assist with a range of administrative tasks.

Previous experience isn't necessary as full training will be given, you just need to have good common sense, be able to show initiative and understand the importance of a great first impression.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and courteously, taking and forwarding messages via email.
  • Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and document binding. Maintain equipment across all four office floors.
  • Manage outgoing post: prepare letters, use the franking machine, visit the post office for recorded deliveries, and hand-deliver local post when needed.
  • Collect and deliver DX post as required.
  • Monitor and distribute internal post, files, and boxes across departments and floors.
  • Occasionally deliver documents to the local court.
  • Monitor stationery levels and report needs to the main receptionist.
  • Purchase kitchen supplies (e.g., tea, coffee, milk) as needed.
  • Provide refreshments and assist with lunch orders for meetings, including those involving partners.

**Additional Duties May Include

  • Assisting the accounts team with data entry.
  • Supporting social media and marketing research initiatives.

This role is 100% office based, Monday to Friday from 09.00am - 17.15.
